Fireworks and Finger Foods.
Fourth of July weekend is a time for fun in the sun, backyard BBQs, and pool parties. But just in case you have no plans to cook at home this year (and maybe you didn’t get invited to any parties either) the kind folks in the restaurant industry are working so you can still enjoy a delicious, American-inspired meal.
Gus’s BBQ, Magnolia House, and The Original Tops will all be open for regular business hours this year. At Magnolia, enjoy a 4th of July inspired cocktail. Cleverly titled the “Committee of Five” it’s comprised of gin, amotillado sherry, aperol, lemon, and kalani coconut then garnished with blueberries for a true red-white-and-blue finish. We don’t have off-menu specials running at Gus’s or Tops for Independence Day, but really, what’s more American than burgers and barbecue anyways?
